1. Services Agreement
By using the website edgetechnology.ae and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Edge Technology Recycling.
2. Service Booking & Pickups
Pickups scheduled via our website or phone are subject to availability and verification. We reserve the right to refuse collection of hazardous materials that fall outside our certified recycling scope.
- Free pickups are subject to minimum quantity requirements.
- Clients must ensure assets are ready for collection at the agreed time.
- Proof of ownership or authorization to dispose may be required.
3. Liability for Data
While Edge Technology Recycling provides certified Data Destruction services, the client is responsible for identifying and flagging sensitive media. Once a "Certificate of Destruction" is issued, Edge Technology Recycling assumes responsibility for the physical destruction of the media as per the agreed service level.
4. Compliance with UAE Laws
Our operations are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We strictly adhere to Dubai Municipality, Tadweer (Abu Dhabi), and other local environmental regulations regarding WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Edge Technology Recycling and may not be reproduced without written consent.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
