  • You can return most new, unopened items sold by Edge Technology within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process:

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Edge Technology. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for valuable equipment.

  4. RMA Number: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.

Processing Returns:
